Use of Skips
Customers are responsible for the proper use of the skip during the hire period.
Max Fill Levels
Each skip has a maximum fill level. Overfilling is prohibited and may result in additional charges.
Prohibited Items
Only specific types of waste are permitted. The following items are strictly prohibited:
- Hazardous materials such as asbestos, chemicals, and batteries
- Explosives and flammable substances
- Medical waste and sharps
- Electrical appliances
Liability and Insurance

Customer Insurance

Cancellation Policy

Notice Period
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery will incur no penalty. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a fee.

Access and Safety
Ensure that the area where the skip is placed is safe and accessible. Obstructions or hazardous conditions must be addressed prior to delivery.
Extension of Hire Period
If you require the skip for a longer period than originally agreed, please contact us as soon as possible. Extensions are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Damages and Repairs

Third-Party Rights
These Terms and Conditions do not confer any rights on any third party. Only the Service Provider and the Customer have rights under these terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
